- The Custom Publishing Mission -
To provide at no cost to the department a nonprofit Custom Course Pack and Copyright Permission Service for instructors at Binghamton University.
Our goal is to provide Binghamton University Students with a reasonably priced course pack. Everything is done with the final cost in mind.
In January 1997 Binghamton University Custom Publishing began the reprint on demand system. When a course pack is out of stock at the University Bookstore, students just order and pay at the information desk. Within 24 to 48 hours of order they can pick up their finished course pack at the information desk.
Our office is located in Clearview Hall ( CV 52 & CV 54 ) up behind lot M where it is easy to park. If our office is closed you can drop materials and orders at the University Copy Center. If you are in town or on campus you can call us at ( 777 4770 ) and if you are out of town you can call us at ( 800 743 7020 ) or fax us at ( 607 777 7155 ) . We handle all aspects of obtaining the copyright permissions and paying all copyright fees associated with your course pack.
