This is determined by many factors. If we are seeking permission from a rights holder it can take up to eight or nine weeks to obtain the permission. There are cases where it can take less than a week. We will do our best to advise you on this once we have seen the materials. For non-copyrighted materials it would depend on the time of year, how many orders have been submitted at the same time and the condition of the originals you bring to us. If you observe or deadlines there should be no problem getting your course pack in time unless the are copyright issues beyond our control.
