If there is absolutely no change in the material being used, this is an easy process. We would already have a master on file from the earlier use so all that would be needed is an order form with the current class information and the date of the semester it was last used in to generate the order. If the material is copyrighted we would need to seek permission again so please make sure you follow our deadlines in order to have your course pack ready on time. If you would like a printout of the bibliography of a previously used course pack so you can delete some old items and add new please just ask for one. When you turn the order in you would need to provide us with a copy of the old bibliography we sent you with deleted items marked clearly. The new material being added to the course pack would require a new bibliography form listing only the new items along with any originals we would need to produce the course pack.
